The technician arrived an hour early, but that was OK - it gave me more time of my day back to me. Jeff, the technician, was GREAT! This was the first time I’ve used Michael & Sons for a plumbing problem rather than just my usual biannual heating & AC check-ups. They have ALWAYS done a fantastic job for me, so when I needed plumbing help, there really wasn’t any question for me who I would call.Jeff had to come back for a second time (NOT his fault!) and he was SO patient about it! On this second trip he was able to make the final repair, but first he had to find the water shut-off valve. Jeff must have spent a good 45-minutes looking for the water cut-off valve, which is WELL-HIDDEN out by the street (not the city cut-off). This might not be that big a deal normally, but we were under a heat advisory warning — it was AWFUL out. I felt terrible I couldn’t be more specific about its location, but Jeff persisted until he found it.Once Jeff turned off the water, he made the shower repair quickly and efficiently. He explained WHY I have had the same problem several times in the last five years. He showed me the problem part so I could understand the problem (which helped me a lot because I am a very visual person). Now I understand the problem.When Jeff was finished and I had paid the bill, he even went back out in the heat and marked the cut-off valve with some red paint i had in the garage in case I needed it in case of an emergency. He didn’t HAVE to do that, but I’m very grateful to him for doing it. The last plumbing company that had been here gave me a vague idea of where it had finally been located, but they didn’t mark it for me. It really IS hidden after years of plant growth. Now, having the valve marked, there won’t be anymore problems locating it. THANKS JEFF FOR ALL YOU DID FOR ME!

One of their drivers tried to run me off the road. I moved into the fast lane on the highway and he sped up to try and cut me off. If their service is similar to how their techs drive, I'd rather use literally anyone else. Tried calling the office. Apparently, they didn't care either.

Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. We unfortunately hired an independent electrician prior to Let’s Get Lit. He spent all day troubleshooting then did not show back up to complete the work as scheduled. Blessing in disguise because that guy wanted to cut holes in the wall. Kyle showed up ahead of schedule, figured out the problem, and fixed it within 2 hours!

They came and fixed a leak and also did a tankless water heater flush. The guy repaired the leak pretty fast and thorough. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend them! Thanks so much!

We initially wanted to repair some flooring but after the consultation, decided it was much less expensive and better to put down new flooring. He is very professional and does a great job. We had him put down new flooring in the kitchen, install a backsplash and repair attic stairs for safety. We would definitely call him again, when needing repairs.
