The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

I could literally go on for days about how terrible this company is. If you use this company be prepared to have to do their jobs for them and to have to hire another company to fix what they messed up. But it does not end there, then they are going to email you saying you did not pay them, when you have the receipts showing you did. What they have done to me and family is almost criminal. I honestly feel like this company should not be allowed to operate until they train their techs and learn how to conduct business.

The installers were professional and did a great job with the install of my ac. Plus the price was good.

My AC went out over the holiday weekend so I called Russell's. Ended up being a user error. The technician could have easily not told me and still performed the services quoted. Instead he told me where the error was and didn't charge me anything. I ended up signing up for the maintenance package because of his honesty.
