The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I have used this firm for years. The owner and his staff have always come to me quickly when necessary and the fix the issue--- large or small for what I feel is a reasonable price. They are folks you are very comfortable in having in your home and totally trustworthy!

one word-AMAZING! That is how I would describe David. Multiple words? Funny, professional, kind and knowledgeable in his craft. I would 100% request David again and again. He described to me what he thought may be the issue before he started which gave me an idea what to expect. After he completed his job he told me what the issue was and how it had been repaired. This is my first time with Mr Rooter of Virginia Beach and I can guarantee it will not be my last. I have already told at least 3 people about my amazing experience with the company and with David.

Minus one star for not coming when you were requested. I don’t like that Very poor customer relation. Requested service between 12 noon and 2 pm. Tech didn’t come till almost 2:30. I feel the blame here is on dispatch. I spoke to dispatch at 1:35 and he was just sending a tech from the beach area to my home then. He said I’m sending someone now but its gonna be awhile before they get there as we are at the beach. I can make it to the beach in 20 minutes from my home. After the tech arrived, he listened carefully to my issues and unclogged my kitchen sink over the next 1 1/2 hours working very diligently and tidy

I can't say enough about the TRUE Bertolino's plumbing. Jim came and stayed until 10PM Sunday night, dedicated to helping me solve the issue. He is a good man of meticulous nature and defines professional curiosity, truly a master of his craft. Additionally, he is particularly proud of his craft. Upon discovering the mickey mouse plumbing job done by a peer competitor, he called the service and effectively read them the riot act, challenging their professional integrity after which they offered to come fix the issue first thing in the morning, free of charge.

Rarely have I met a professional of any trade that is as enthusiastic as is Jim on plumbing. A certified Master Plumber (in addition to master electrician, master gas line technician, master of potable water configurations [my nomenclature is not accurate]), he still possesses the professional curiosity and enthusiasm of a student and is eager to help the customer.

Above all else, this burly, tatted up, bearded rough looking man took my 9 week old puppy in his arms first thing and snuggled him gently next to his face, baby talk and all! If this isn't a good indication of character, I don't know what is. Bottom line, if you want the job done right, call Jim.
