Best Boiler Maintenance in Chesapeake VA

I'm a new homeowner and called Michael and sons for my HVAC maintenance because I had never done this before and heard some really great things. I met Daniel, the HVAC technician, and was very impressed. He was so professional, informative and a pretty great detective considering we could not find the air filter to the unit. Definitely made this experience as a new homeowner a positive one.

Last week my kitchen sink disposal was clogged and I called A-1 office and was very pleasantly surprised to hear that someone would be out within a few hours. The reason I called honestly was because of all the commercials I have seen over the years. I really didn’t know who to call so I decided to take a chance on A-1 American. Jeff and Randy were great! They worked really hard to unclog my sink and when the clog would not clear using all the normal methods they started trouble shooting. They identified the problem and fixed it quickly. They were professional, courteous and personable… and cleaned up when they finished. I also was impressed how well they worked together as a team. I can honestly say the commercials are correct! A-1 American rocks!

Say they have 24 hour service. Called twice yesterday 4th of July, talked to answering service, didn't get a call back until the next day. Good success with them in the past but won't be calling again.
