We had a sales rep come out and look at our system so we could get it replaced and have a mini split put into our basement. 6 days later the technician came out and they replaced the AC unit, the furnace and the thermostat. The technician said he didn't know what the sales rep was thinking for the mini split because the equipment he had wasn't right for that job. When he left after 6 hours the job was not complete and he said someone from the office would call us to finish the installation. It has been a week now and I have called 4 times trying to find our when they will be completing this. No one seems to have an answer and I keep getting we'll call you back. The sales rep did call us 2 days ago and said he would get it straight. I just called again and the lady I spoke with said she would have someone call me back because they don't do mini splits anymore??? So I'm just wondering why they would sell us a product that they supposedly don't do anymore. I feel like I am just getting the runaround and they need to make this situation right.UPDATE:It's been 3 weeks since our job was suppose to be completed. It's been 2 weeks since my original review. We are STILL WAITING to find out when they are going to come back and finish the job. They have received their money, when is this project that should have been done in one day, going to be completed. I'm not asking for anything except that you finish the job you've BEEN PAID FOR.

So my spicket out back became stripped and had a pretty bad leak. Atomic had a 24hr on call service line and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I got off work earlier than expected they sent someone out early to take care of the problem. James arrived and was super polite, professional and very informative of what he was doing and why. Because of the way my house is set up he had to rig an extra fitting on my pipes and didn't stop working til he was satisfied the job was done correctly. I've had no issues with my spicket since he installed a new one and zero leaks where he cut and replaced piping. He was honest and upfront about the whole process and I am tremendously satisfied with his work and should another problem come up I can't fix myself I know who I'll be calling.

RA Styron installed my HVAC system on a new construction in the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake. No one but them has touched it since its installation 2.5yrs ago. I have signed up for the bi-yearly servicing which I would highly recommend, the cost is justifiable and it comes with a few other added perks that make it well worth it in my book.

I also had an emergency need to service and/or quote a new system at a property I was attempting to sell which was out of their immediate service area, a short phone call later they had arranged for I believe RA himself to come by as soon as possible to go over my needs.

I have had few contractors that I have worked with on the south-side that have been as attentive as Styron, two thumbs up!

We had the privilege to have work done with Louis.One of the most professional individuals I’ve met.He worked on a whole home surge protector and installing a new remote control switch for our backyard lights. He was very informative and responsive with coming to our home and ensuring we like the end product, we sure did. I will recommend them 100%. Best company we had thus far in our time in Virginia. I wanted to compliment Buds crew who installed a new a/c unit and a furnace reinstall. Brice, Johnathan & Andre were the crew that did the job and did an excellent job.. It took several hours and when finished the job site was cleaned up and I had a brand new a/c unit. Thank you guys and Buds Heating & Air for a job I was very nervous about having done.
