Incredibly polite technicians. Unfortunately they were trying to fix the mess made of the original installation. I believe that it might be correct now. There have been 4 visits in less than two weeks. The lack of response from quality assurance leaves me with no choice but to not recommend this company to anyone. Did I forget to mention that the city inspector failed the HVAC installation. Waiting for the next inspection.

First of all, the company accommodated my request to come when it was most convenient to MY schedule. They also updated me as to when the tech would be there so I wouldn't be waiting. From the moment Jacob arrived he was professional and extremely detailed. He laid out what he was going to inspect and said I was more than welcome to watch as he inspected and tested both AC systems. He described the condition of both units in detail and happily answered any questions I had. I've owned a number of homes form Virginia, to Texas to California and these guys, and in particular Jacob K., seem to be the most honest and genuine folks I've come across. I highly recommend Russell's id you need heating or cooling work done.

I recently had to replace my heat pump and air handler. Got several estimates from 4 different HVAC companies and all were companies in good standing that had been in business for many years however, I decided to go with Smith and Keene not only because they had great pricing but also because they didn't try to take advantage of an older woman living on her own. They took really great care in my home during install to protect my house from dirt and any damage. They answered any questions and worked until it was done. Had trouble getting it to work but came right back the next morning 1st thing to get it working. Turned out it was my duct work but they took care of it all. Can't say enough good about this company and will highly recommend them in the future. Thanks John, Steven and Keith for taking such good care! Susan Sorensen

Jared did an amazing job figuring out the issue with why our A/C wasn’t working. We just moved into this house and did not expect an issue so soon but Jared figured it all out and got us cool again in no time!
