Tidewater Plumbing has saved me so much money on my plumbing and heating issues for the past 20+ years. Mr Martin knows how to fix every problem I have ever had at my house from replacing my heating a/c system to replacing pipes under my bathroom sink to finding a outside water leak. Mr. Martin and his partner Morris are true honest, polite, hardworking, very knowledgeable gentlemen. I would never trust my plumbing and heating issues to anyone else. More people need to have the integrity that Mr. Martin has.

I called Russell's yesterday (Sun) for service, and as always they promptly returned my call. An appointment was set up for Monday between 10am-2pm. Promptly at10am , Rocco Catalano, met with me, and quickly determined all that was needed was a reset . Like all of Russell's Service Technicians, Rocco was polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. He even went beyond what was needed to check on a few more system functions . He patiently explained to me how the system worked and what to do should I have the problem again. I will continue to use Russell's in the future as always.

Left my children's rooms without heat despite promises all over their website of providing 24/7 emergency service. Weekdays only for warranty repairs???
HVAC system under warranty, woke up in the middle of the night to a heavy burning smell. Shut the system off and called the 24 hour service line. I was told that no warranty service is done on the weekends and I would have to call back Monday. So, because it's a warranty issue my family is only worth their time on weekdays?? It was in the 20's last night and will be again tonight and the call taker from Smith and Keene was cold and without compassion citing contract language and technical details- she could have cared less about not having heat in our children's bedrooms in freezing weather. Once the warranty is over we will be doing business with a company that does not leave people without heat in freezing weather.

One of their drivers tried to run me off the road. I moved into the fast lane on the highway and he sped up to try and cut me off. If their service is similar to how their techs drive, I'd rather use literally anyone else. Tried calling the office. Apparently, they didn't care either.

They were a little late getting here but made up for it by fixing my drain problem quickly and although the price was good so was the work. I will call them for my plumbing.problems

Jake did a A1 job!when we spoke on the phone he assured me A1s commitment to service-and he takes pride in his work.if it wasn't for Jake who sold his honesty and self reassuring us he will always return when we needed. we may have gotten a second quote.we have no regrets and he did an AWESOME JOB!!
