Brandon, showed up ahead of schedule and ready to work. Even though he was being attacked by mosquitoes he was very professional and had our system back up and running quickly. We'll have him come back later in the year for a major upgrade to our 30+ year old system.

Ran a gas line from the main to my new pool heater. Did an excellent job.

My heating system failed after 27 years. I called A-1 American for service (same company/same service technician who replaced my A/C unit 6 months before). Jake installed a new unit in less than half a day. Brand is Goodman. It works great. Lots of safety features. Now I don’t have to go up and down the attic to turn on/off the pilot light. Price quoted before installation is the price I paid. No extra charges for any incidental expenses during installation. Thank you Jake and thank you A-1 American
