Best Plumbing Service And Repair in Chesapeake VA

I gave them 2 stars for showing up. Had a kitchen faucet that was broken and needed to know if it needed to be replaced or could be replaced. He informed me I needed a new faucet and charged me $168.00 and went on his way. Ludicrous!

Great service, friendly people and reasonable prices. These guys really know their business and that knowledge reflects in the quality and speed of their work. You might just get a good laugh out of them too.

I called A-1 American Services to fix a leaky master bathroom shower. The two employees who showed up were extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the shower and how they were going to fix it. The repair was made with a reasonable amount of time once the parts were purchased. I would call them again for plumbing repairs.

I hired this company in November/December 2021 to install a hand washing sink which is still not finish as of today 2/16/2021. In the span of 3 months and 4 appointments. The 3 appointments they showed up and started working, they would make excuse in the middle of the job to go get needed materials, but they wouldn't come back to finish the job. The 4th appointment, they didn't show up at all.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. Save yourself time, frustration, and headaches and use a better company out there.

Will was prompt and professional! We had a waterline installed for our ice machine and it took only 2 hrs including time to leave and grab parts for our specific needs. Ruth on the phone to book was also great. It’s not our first time using them and we will use them again. Always been able to get someone next day.

Can honestly say that Causeway Plumbing LLC is the best place to get all your plumbing needs met, especially in the most stressful times. Over the last few years and moving into a new home I've had to deal with a bunch of issues like broken pipes, drain clearing, relocating hose hookups, and even adding new drainage systems and Causeway Plumbing has been there every time even when NO ONE else could help.
