A-1 representative, Jeremy, responded very quickly to a leak in the slab. He arrived on time and gave a text notice that he was on the way.

He assessed the situation and capped off the pipe to prevent further leaking. This was a quick and inexpensive fix. He also removed the water spigot connected to the faulty line and capped it.

He then applied a T spigot on the inlet pipe to the hot water heater. This fix provided a source of water for the front yard using a garden hose connection.

Both solutions fixed the problem and we're done professionally. I appreciate the fast response and professionalism by the A-1 representative. The solutions saved further water damage and inexpensive fixes.

I am beyond thankful I contacted Jim Bertolino & Son Plumbing yesterday. I had a major leak that was flooding my house and he was able to be at my house in an hour. He found a leak in my hot water heater and completely replaced the hot water heater and welded new piping all in the same day. He made sure that the floor people were going to put my furniture on blocks so they didnt get water damage.
