Dave did excellent work for us during a time of desperate need. We came home to a pipe burst and he was able to come to our rescue promptly and fixed the pipe immediately. I called Precision Plumbing first thing in the morning with a plumbing emergency. My Mom just had hip replacement surgery and the bathroom downstairs was the only one that she could use. The toilet wasn’t draining right and it was leaking. Precision Plumbing made my emergency their priority and got the bathroom fixed the same day so that my Mom had a working bathroom as she recovered from surgery. I am truly grateful.

Mom had an ongoing issue with a clog in a line. One company suggested that she replace all of her drain pipes for a rather princely sum.

I called Causeway and explained what was going on. They scheduled a tech for a certain date/time. On the day of, they called me to let me know the tech was in transit. When he arrived he asked mom what the issue was, and she showed him. He resolved it, explained what it as, then ran additional tests.

The tech (Jessie I believe his name was) was very respectful of mom. She was very happy with the service, their promptness, and their not trying to sell her services she didn't need.

Jim is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced plumber. Had 2 slow drains that he repaired in a short time. He also gave me some tips to help me out in dealing with any future drain problems. I highly recommend his services!

This is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company. I would NEVER use them. I called to setup an appointment for an estimate, I had to call twice. The owner agreed to come out a couple days later at 9am. He called back the evening before to say he had a plumbing emergency that he didn't finish that day so he would need to push back our 9am appointment. I was fine with that, but then he never called back to say when he could come. I called he didn't answer, then I texted asking when he could come out. His exact text response was this weekend, not Saturday or Sunday but WEEKEND. He knows the house is vacant and I have to let him in. WELL, he NEVER called nor texted during the weekend. This guy doesn't deserve your support. Save your time and call a plumber who will value your time and appreciate your business.
