Excellent work. 12 unit bldg. in West Ghent. Replaced 2 x 400 btu 30 + yr.old boilers with 95% efficient no tank boilers. John's work was outstanding, great communication, on time...just a great experience. Highly recommended, especially after wasting weeks with all the HVAC Specialists advertising on TV. Call A. B. they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

I chose this businessman based on other reviews. I left a message and got a quick call back. Within an hour or so Rob was at my home. Rob communicated with me by phone about the problem and proceeded to fix an outdoor leaking pipe. I could not be happier with the quick response and informative communication. Bertolino will be my go to from plumbing from now on.

I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars. So my rental home A/C stopped working. All that was needed was a float switch and I asked for a new thermostat to be placed in the home. I was quoted $610. Not having time to do reseach due to me taking care of my home in florida fro hurricane irma I told them to do the work. My mistake.... My tenet sent me a picture of the thermostat that he installed and it was basic and cost no more than 20 bucks. I had to call them and fight to get a receipt but the are still refusing to give me and itemized recipe. Better Business Bureau is my next stop they are a complete rip off.....

This is the first time I've used Sean Fixes Johns. I had originally needed a very small repair, but as often happens, once you dive into a small problem you find other damage. Sean got the problem fixed in a timely manner and the price was fair for the work performed. I would recommend him to others.

They did work for me , but didn't finish it , They claim they were coming back to finish it but came back dump gravel on the street in front of my house and left it ! Then they would not answer the phone afterwards ! They are not professional or honest ! The worst , please be careful !
