I recently called Drain Masters to repair my toilet. They sent someone right over and it was fixed. I have also used Drain Masters to install kitchen and bathroom faucets, garbage disposal, new toilets. For my son’s rental property, they took out the tub and reinstalled the pipes underneath to fix a leak. They installed the new tub. We have also used Drain Masters to install and repair hot water heaters in my house and the rental property. I have been very pleased with the efficiency and quality of service received from Drain Masters for all my plumbing needs.

Do not chose this one. Two weeks is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for parts from MOEN. They broke the kitchen faucet worse. They used a hammer on my outdoor spigot to the point it's broken. It's leaking water at a rate of half a gallon an hour. Disappointed. Infuriated. They tried to charge me to fix something that was covered by my home warranty. 2-10 sent these young people to address a faucet that was difficult to shut off in the kitchen and a spigot outside. The kitchen sprayer now shoots water out of the back and top. I unscrew the sprayer to see and the o-ring was not installed correctly. Simple, put it back the way you found the o-ring. Failed the install. Water everywhere before I had to fix it. I'm imbued with rage at how carelessly they worked. Who uses slip joint pliers instead of a stem puller? SMDH

The service person was very polite and professional going the extra mile to get the job completed correctly. I was quite impressed by the extra service provided. He moved the washing machine back in place before leaving.

Removed a garbage disposal as well as a damaged water drain pipe in my yard...the installed all new piping in the kitchen and repaired the damaged pipe in the yard in about 2hrs ran me bout 700 well worth the customer service and great job

Horrible Co. Rude serviceman. He kept interrupting me while I was explaining our HVAC issues and got angry when I nicely asked him to please let me finish and to not interrupt me. Our builder used this Co. To install our HVAC and plumbing in our new home. HVAC hasn't worked properly from Day one. Furnaces are covered in condensation, drain pan drain hole covered with styrofoam blocks furn. Sits on., Mold growing due to so much condensation. Something rattling around when furnace is running. AC leaking into attic at furnace seams. Compressor already had to be replaced and now makes noise and keeps shutting off.
