We also had home surge protectors added that not only give peace of mind in the event of a surge, but financial coverage should something become damaged.First, I'd like to state that Git Lit was the best quote we received out of 5 local electricians/companies. Not only did they have the best price by far, the services that were provided and listed via the quote surpassed the services of others by a mile. There was no suggestion to cut corners by not running wires behind the walls, leaving ugly industrial type metal/plastic cording. There was no poorly done trenching that would barely meet city inspection requirements. Every single detail was done with care and precision.Ned was so fantastic that we won't hesitate to use Git Lit again should the need arise and have already sang praises for Git Lit with our neighbors. Not a great 1st impression. Scheduled to be at my home between 2-4pm and I was told someone would call before arrival. After I left work early to prepare for their arrival, I did not receive a call stating they would be late or anything. 20min after the end of the 4pm window a tech calls me to tell me they are 15min away. If I were to get that call within the timeframe they provided I would've accepted the service. I politely declined and will take my business somewhere else that will respect my time and potential business as a customer. I appreciate a little customer courtesy if I'm going to potentially spend my money. I get that things happen, but be decent enough to let the customer know, don't just assume you can dictate my time and show up whenever and I'll be okay with it. That's not how you start a business relationship.

Quest pipe replacement and upgraded our water heater, and disposal. Also added gas to the kitchen for new stove. Estimate was extremely professional. We had 3 recommendations and Bertolino Plumbing included far more than the others. Technician was considerate, and cleaned up each day. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

Jim and his son came out to fix a shower leak for an old Delta shower faucet. The model was so old, that he had to research and build a new cartridge from parts he had in his van. Not only did he take the extra time needed to complete the job, he took the time to assure it was done right and solved the problem, saving me over $1000 in the process. He took the time to explain every step, and was upfront about the price. I would recommend Jim and his son to anyone needing plumbing work or repairs.

Toilet backed up unexpectedly, call Norfolk Plumbing Inc towards the end of the day. They went out of their way to send Alex and Jerome out. Arrived within an hour and did a superb job of troubleshooting and fixing a clog deep within the system, which; unbeknownst to me, had been building up for sometime. Additionally, Alex and Jerome provided insight as to why it happened and what to do if it happened again. Moreover, Alex and Jerome were professional, personable and took the time to to go above and beyond with the clean up . Exceptional job and I truly appreciate the honest, hard work I received.
