Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Most unprofessional plumbing company. Runs you through a gauntlet of intake to schedule an estimate and job. Then sends an email and makes you type all the same information again. Sent intake email...told that scheduling dept would be in contact soon. Two and a half business days and a weekend later I had to follow up on status. I called and was and I quote...sorry we did not call you back, management decided that they did not want our job. UNBELIEVABLE AVOID

I never leave reviews but this one is necessary. I’ve had several really great experiences using Wright-Way Plumbing. From a bathroom renovation to a significant leak in a pipe to my furnace. They are on time to early, professional, and do a great job! Also, Cudos to Mike! He always takes his shoes off (even though he doesn’t have to) and makes sure I know what he did, why, and what to do in case of an emergency. All of this at a fair price!

I would give zero stars if I could. My family had the worst experience with David Rasberry. He assured us that if we went with their business that our A/C would be working after a one-day install. Before he even gave us the quote we informed him of the issue we had with our previous unit. There was no note taken or passed on to the installation team. Our new unit was installed on Monday, July 18, but it wasn’t fully functional until Wednesday night. The technician they sent out on Tuesday couldn’t help us at all; they even had the audacity to ask if we’d like to agree to the quote without a guaranteed timeframe for the part. We had to go with another company for the repair which was able to get it done with just one visit. We had no issues with the installers themselves, but this has been the worst service overall that we’ve received.

Mr. Rooter staff took water samples like six weeks ago from my home and still no water results. Every excuse from COVID delays, mispackaged water sample and short staff. Don't waste your money.

I had an emergency with a clogged toilet and Jimmy was here within the hour. He not only cleared it but fixed an issue with my leaky sink free of charge. Highly recommended if you need a plumber in the VB area!

I highly recommend the plumbers at Cecilia's Home Repairs. Mike came out to our house this morning and did a great job installing our new toilet, our new kitchen faucet, and our three new exterior hose bibbs. Mike was a big guy! But he did a great job even working in a tight space under the sink. Not only was he very nice and polite, he also worked quickly and obviously knew what he was doing every step of the way. I had forgotten to buy new water supply lines for the kitchen sink and a new stop valve for the toilet (the old one had failed), but he had them in his van, so there was no time wasted. We are grateful for Mike being so friendly, patient with our questions, and focused on his work. I really did not have high expectations because I had never hired Cecilia's Home Repairs before, but now I am working on a list of electrical projects we need done, and I'll be calling them soon. Thanks Mike and Anthony!

Stephen just did our bathroom fan switch outs and was great!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and did great work. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using again for any of our electrical needs!

We had a leak from our hot water heater at midnight. We called the emergency number and Quinn called us right back. He went right to work and it was only a pipe coming from the HWH. Minimal damage, great employee and he took time to talk to my husband about possible residual issues. PLUS..there was an online coupon. Buds will definitely be our go to company for our plumbing/ac/heating needs.
