The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Called ahead and made appointment. They were on time and called to let me know when they would arrive. I had an issue with drain line from tank to distribution box. They pumped tank, replaced line and serviced drain field line. Bruce and his crew was fantastic. It wasn't a easy job but they performed it quickly and professionally. I've used them before and will again if needed. Highly recommended.

Did not show up when agreed, myself & 3 NSU departments plus over 300 students were effected by their lack of coordination & communication. They treated me as the dumb customer that didn’t matter. THEY HAVE RULES!!! The customer is always wrong with M&S. My business will NEVER use M&S again!

I asked to have someone come and evaluate my unit because it wasn’t working. The gentleman was very nice and very knowledgeable with his information. He immediately went to work trying to figure out the problem and discovered that it would be more efficient to have the unit replaced. He got straight to the point and never tried to persuade me to buy anything I didn’t need. I was very pleased with this employee.

I cannot begin to tell you how he got me from tears of panic to tears of appreciation when my ceiling was cracking and pouring water all over my livingroom. I highly recommend Cecelia’s home repairs. Our water heater broke yesterday. We called this morning at around 10 and they had a technician out before 12. This is on a Saturday and they had no extra charge for coming out on a weekend. They were very good at explaining and answering my questions. Mike, our technician, was very knowledgeable and helpful especially when I was asking for quotes for other items we needed done. Finally, they are very affordable. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service and quality! We found a major vertical sewer pipe leak in an exterior brick wall. After cutting a small hole behind the dishwasher and confirming that the whole (100 yr old) pipe needed replacement, they called in a local carpenter to take out the cabinets and cut the wall open. They stayed late to make sure the pipe was fully fixed so that we'd still be able to use the upstairs bathrooms, even cleaning up the work area before they left for the day. Had the same carpenter back to help put things back together, and looking at it now you'd never know the whole wall had been opened up. Amazing work and dedication, and very reasonable pricing.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.
