Very pleased with the work performed by Jeremy and the response time of the office staff! Jeremy was very efficient and knowledgeable, and he even shared a few tips on other repairs I asked about while he was fixing my problem.

Well, my hot water heater went out, and a cold shower was not on the menu. I called Mr. Rooter for an appointment, they called early and asked is it alright if our tech comes early. Yes, after two days of cold showering (are you on the way)? Matthew showed up as stated with 25-30 min. Check my unit, did diagnostics, gave solid quotes, rechecked my unit, & fixed the issue. All work was professionally , had great attitude , & left magnet to place on frig. All complete within forty-five minutes again very nice, friendly, professional, Tech Matthew Smith. Thank you! Give that man a NINE (9)!

We had a leaking main water line in our front yard. Travis came out to give us an estimate, and took the time to poke around the yard, explain the issue, and what exactly they would do to fix it. The price was comparable to the other plumbers we called, but we liked how detailed and friendly Travis was. We called back a few hours later to agree to the estimate, and they were able to fit us in later that day. Travis and another gentleman came out, and had everything fixed, cleaned up, and the yard seeded within 3 hours. We would definitely recommend them in the future.
