I have used E. R. Services for many years. The service has always been exceptional and today's annual tankless hot water heater maintenance was no exception.Joe was on time and professional. He outlined the service and gave me an estimate before he started the work. While he was here, he also replaced an outside faucet handle that had cracked at no charge. Thank you Joe!

We called after a referral from a co-worker and could not have been happier. Dobri, the Technician came out on the day we called. He was on time and extremely professional. Replacement was scheduled for the next day. He called kept us informed about an earlier arrival. He was in and out in no time. Clean, professional and on time a very hard find these days. We will ONLY use Carolina Plumbing and hopefully see Dobri again. Highly recommend !!

From the beginning all the way to the end of service was amazing !! I called, the receptionist fit me in for the next day, I received a call from the plumber Calvin Letting me know his ETA, arrived on time, Got the Job done in a flash and very affordable pricing! Thank you lots South End Plumbing.

Had an issue with a bathroom fixture, called them yesterday morning. Talked with Drew (nice to have someone answer the phone). He said they could be out the next day. He asked I text my name address etc. which I did & he confirm he received the text. Later that day received a text stating they would be here Friday between 11:00 & 1:00.

Today they arrived at 11:10 & resolved the issue. Cost very reasonable.
Highly recommend them. They are now the plumber I will be calling for all plumbing needs
