We did not have ER Plumbing out to our house. They wanted to charge $79 in order to offer me a quote to install a hot water heater. And the fee would not go towards the overall cost of the water heater installation. The company did refer me to coupons on their website for water heater installation, but I'm not going to pay you money just to give me a quote on services that I may not hire you to complete.
