Best Water Restoration in Charlotte NC

I used Queen City Plumbing for the first time earlier this week. Needless to say, I will not use any other plumbing company for any of my family's plumbing needs. I live about 1 and 1/2 hours from the Charlotte area and was having major issues with our water heater. I called several local plumbing companies and they either did not return my call, were very unprofessional over the phone or wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money. A mutual friend recommended Queen City Plumbing and I thought, it may be too far of a drive for them, but at that point I was in dire need and still gave it a try. That may have been one of the best decisions I have ever made! Queen City Plumbing was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and provided my family with exceptional work at a VERY reasonable price. They were quick to respond and met all of our needs. Thank you Queen City Plumbing for being a wonderful company whose mission is to help people and for taking great care of ALL of your customers regardless of the distance you have to travel.

Experienced a very untimely issue with our underground water piping outside the house that caused water to overflow in the house late at night. The technician that showed up, J. Ramos, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. This level of service makes all the difference during otherwise very unpleasant situations. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone.

Or tech John was on time and did an excellent job evaluating the heating system to identify the issue. Found and fixed in under 2 hours! Definitely using M&S again for future HVAC needs.

I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

Roby Electric is the electrical contractor that is doing the electrical work for new my fiber glass pool. Very impressed with this company. I had to update my electrical service because of the pool. Jeff and his team member have worked hard to get the job done. He has communicated with me from the start by texting me when he would be coming and what work would be done when he arrived. The office staff are great as well. As a funeral home manager, I know the importance of great customer service. The folks at Roby need to teach the pool company what great customer service is about because they have been keeping me better informed. Great folks at Roby Electric! You guys rock!

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain.
