Best Water Damage Restoration in Charlotte NC

Jeff came by to look at a drain pipe that needs to be replaced. I liked him immediately. He has great skills and tremendous experience. I am awaiting the estimate for the pipe replacement as well as some other projects that we discussed.

I had a sewerage back up in my home. To begin, the rep who answered the phone was super pleasant and Jeff 1513 was at my home in less than 30 minutes. He was able to identify the main source of my issue immediately (where a previous company that came out couldn’t). His service was prompt and customer service was superb. He turned my worries into worry less. I appreciate him and team for everything!!!

Nick did a great job. He was covering for the original scheduled plumber who was out sick. Nick was unaware he needed to bring a new sprayer to fixed a leak in the laundry room. He immediately called the warehouse to bring the part. They did not have it but went out and found it. The part was delivered just as Nick was finishing up installing a new bathroom faucet. Nick quickly installed.the sprayer. He did not waste any time while here and cleaned everything up before leaving. Nick's efforts made me a very satisfied customer.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain.
