Best Vent System in Charlotte NC

I initially called because of an odor and abnormal noise coming from the garbage disposal. Getting an appointment was very easy, and the follow up of when to expect a technician was great. Pete, the technician, was very professional and explained what he saw when doing his assessment. After going through my options to fix the issue, the work was done quickly and efficiently. If I ever need to have more plumbing work done, I will be sure to call Mr. Rooter of Charlotte.

I arrived home after leaving outpatient surgery to no air conditioning. I’ve been using this team for years and quickly gave them a call. The technician arrived and provided some very hard and expensive news of a deep rooted issue and a complete gutting was needed of the entire hvac assembly and duct work. The owner and front office worked through all options with me and the teams were scheduled immediately. This was two fully extended days of labor. The install team stayed until 10pm on Memorial Day weekend Friday night to ensure things were working properly. I don’t write reviews, but this business is top notch and should be recognized across the organization for their customer service, operations and office staff.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

The entire experience, start to finish, was world class. Everyone was timely and incredibly helpful.I cannot say enough about our tech, Jordan Cooper. He was on-time and exceptionally informative. As a business owner myself, I am keenly aware of the challenges with scheduling, staffing etc. I also realize the value of communication. PC Godfrey provided zero communication and left me hanging for a service call for 2 days in a row. I had to call both days to request a general timeframe and continued to get call centers or dispatch that would tell me that they would “look into it and give me a call back” yet hours would go by and no call back. At the very least… if your technician is running behind or had to change direction, you could give me some indication of the change.
We have a gas leak at our company office preventing our company from performing tasks required for our daily operation and now 3 days later we must start this process over. I am extremely disappointed and this is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to submit. Again this is coming from someone who is quite understanding when it comes to business operations. I have moved on to look for another company and suggest you do the same.

I have used Perfix 3 times to install countertops at my house and my parents' homes and I would recommend them to anyone. Their attention to detail was second to none. They noticed scratches that I overlooked on one of the slabs I picked out and they let me know before it got cut so I could decide if I wanted to choose another slab. Ultimately I did choose another slab and their patience with my mistake was appreciated. They complete the work on time within budget and they deliver a quality project everytime!
