Mike Fisher has helped us out with faucets before. This time he provided maintenance for our water heater. He is very knowledgeable and provided good advice even though a new water heater is in our future. I will be happy to have him come back for future plumbing service, maybe even install a new water heater!

Had a sudden major blockage issue, toilets overflowing, everything drained into tub, washing machine, sinks, called Zoom. Excellent customer service experience, instant answers from chat, courteous and prompt. Duane came out and worked diligently and next morning he and Jason came back to finish, fixed it all and got to the issue. Highly recommend Zoom for emergency sewage issues any day.

We are super happy with the work Service Pro Plumbing did to find and repair a leak we noticed in our ceiling. They came out the first time and assessed the situation and at first we thought it might be a non-issue so they told us to watch it and call them back if it got bigger and they would wave the dispatch fee. Unfortunately, it got bigger but they were true to their word and came right back out and repaired our toilet. They were very genuine and made sure to stay away from any aggressive options that would have been costly. The prices were super reasonable and they made us feel very confident in their work! Would highly recommend.

First off Chris Helms and his jr tech were amazing! I was in a jam on a house I was remodeling and they were able to get out the same day and help stop the bleeding.
