Best Sewage Backup in Charlotte NC

We had our downstairs toilet backup while the upstairs shower and washing machine were running. Called the offices on Sunday morning and had Stan overt to take a look in no time. Stan was fantastic! Very informative along every step in the process. He thoroughly investigated the issue and showed my wife and I the problem in our sewer pipes via a video snake. Stan explained the short term fix and long term solution. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely work with Stan again in the future if the need arises.

There are so many great things to say about this crew! Their customer service on the phone was informative, quick, and non-pressured. Our plumber, Mike, was prompt and friendly. He stayed on task and made sure that everything was cleaned up after fixing the garbage disposal. We were more than pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend them!

Reed was great. He set up the plumbing to my newly renovated kitchen. I had bought a new faucet that had a manufacturing defect that Reed had brought to my attention. After I purchased a new faucet he came back out and installed the new faucet free of charge. Great Customer Service. Will use again in the future!

Plumbing connection made things easy by allowing me to text them to setup an appointment. The guy called prior to arriving and arrived on time! It took him about 10 minutes to find what he believes is the problem and fixed it! He also asked “are there any other issues you want me to check out while I am here?” Not many companies do that especially when I had my money ready to pay.
