We had been trying unsuccessfully for 10 days to get a plumber through our home warranty to fix a draining issue with our bathtub. Fed up with the numerous futile follow up calls, I finally called Morris and Jenkins who scheduled an appointment for the same day.Jacob was on time, courteous and professional.He not only fixed what he came for, but went ahead and checked our pipes and our sink too. He shared the issues he observed and offered suggestions on how to fix it. He also shared the options and what it would cost approximately to fix it. Could not be happier with the service!

Our water heater started leaking from the bottom so we reached out to Presidential Plumbing. I immediately felt like they cared. They had someone out the same day to take a look. We opted to go tankless.
Eddie and Chris were out the next day to install.
They were very professional. They got the work done quickly and kept the work area clean.
A few days after the install we noticed a problem with the water temp in our kitchen. I called into the office and was told someone would get back to me.
They did! Far too often do companies, people say that they will return your call only for you to have to call them again.
Chris and Eddie came out the next day, put booties on their feet before coming in, and swapped out the faulty part in 10 minuets. They hung out for a few just to make sure all was working and then they were off.
I highly recommend this company. From beginning to end a pleasant experience.
We will be using them again.

Joey S. was awesome. Needed some after hours emergency work done to fix a leak involving hoses to a bench-top stainer and a broken valve under the sink. He was on time, very pleasant and professional and got the job done in a quick efficient manner. He also tested the leaks afterwards to make sure I was happy with the work. Highly recommend!
