Queen City plumbing was great! Paul Glover and his team made it out to our house same day on a short notice and were extremely thorough, diligence, knowledgable, and honest throughout the process. It was super easy to schedule a follow up for the repair in a timely manner and repairs were made as discussed with ease.

Brett is great. Having a flooring company myself, I know it's hard to get good contractors. With Brett I never have a problem getting him to a job, and I know that the job will be done correct. All hours plumbing has done multiple jobs for us and we continue to have good reviews from our customers on Brett and his guy!! 5 start company.

Bonnie is the sweetest woman and runs the appointments. They have done previous work for me when my child through an apple charger in the toilet. This time I needed one of our toilets to be reinstalled due to flooring being placed in the bathroom. The plumber was polite and cordial. However, he used our cleaning supplies and roles of paper towel. He than asked if we had silicone to seal the toilet. They wanted to charge us for his commute to Home Depot to purchase some. And than we were charge 3 dollars for the silicone they purchase. The cost for a whole tube. It took him 2.5 hrs to reinstall a toilet that had zero issues. My wife called to share her concerns and Bonnie responded with irritation. We will not use them going forward. If you know the details of the work in advance you should have the supplies you need before hand instead of asking the client. We were charged over 300.00 for the work they did. We will not use or recommend them going forward. Hope the review helps.

Thomas was great, he quickly diagnosed the issue and told us the repair plan. He took his time to make sure the job was done right, and everything looks better than before.

Our water heater started leaking from the bottom so we reached out to Presidential Plumbing. I immediately felt like they cared. They had someone out the same day to take a look. We opted to go tankless.
Eddie and Chris were out the next day to install.
They were very professional. They got the work done quickly and kept the work area clean.
A few days after the install we noticed a problem with the water temp in our kitchen. I called into the office and was told someone would get back to me.
They did! Far too often do companies, people say that they will return your call only for you to have to call them again.
Chris and Eddie came out the next day, put booties on their feet before coming in, and swapped out the faulty part in 10 minuets. They hung out for a few just to make sure all was working and then they were off.
I highly recommend this company. From beginning to end a pleasant experience.
We will be using them again.
