Best Install Thermostat in Charlotte NC

My toilet is still clogged up completely.Need to send someone out Now to really fix it 6:30p 1/12/23

Called to get my toilet disconnected temporarily to get flooring installed, guy first could not find my building, I stressed numbers are on the buildings, after having to spoon feed him where I am, where numbers clearly marked, I walked him up to my place. I asked how he was doing... nothing.. grunted. We rode up in elevator awkwardly as he was not friendly, from start I had bad feeling. To simply disconnect a toilet and reinstall after work, he was going to charge me 620! I said I wanted to speak to his manager about price, he said I could not do that. I said they you can go. I later called the company to complain, and they said a manager would call me to go over pricing. Haven't heard from anyone. Found another company more reasonable and FRIENDLY too, figure that. Please do not use this company, they are a fraud!

Joe was very nice and fixed the issue within 15-20 minutes. I appreciate the company for moving my appointment up after someone else cancelled.

Very delightful folks, from the customer service I received over the phone when scheduling, the communication leading up to the actual appointment all the way to the day of! I even got a bio of my technician before actually meeting him - this was very cool!

My In laws call for a check and wash, tech convinced them to upgrade to have the condensate lines cleaned out, after 20mins of beating on the line, and flushing out he said he was done. Next afternoon The secondary line was dripping, and after going up in the attic and looking, there was water all over the unit where the primary drain line was and the drip pan was full.Called back to get someone out, after two hours of him trying to fix the now clogged primary line the first tech made, his suggestion was for Morris Jenkins to run a new line out the side of the house, and quoted $2,000, for 2 men for 4 hours and material.I spent $34.79 at lowes for material glue and a hole saw, other than my wife holding my ladder for 10mins, I did all the work by myself in 34 mins.This is my second run in with Morris Jenkins and over pricing thier work. I will never recommend them to anyone, and will Share this experience along with my personal one from a few years back with anyone who ask for recommendations.

Roby Electric is the electrical contractor that is doing the electrical work for new my fiber glass pool. Very impressed with this company. I had to update my electrical service because of the pool. Jeff and his team member have worked hard to get the job done. He has communicated with me from the start by texting me when he would be coming and what work would be done when he arrived. The office staff are great as well. As a funeral home manager, I know the importance of great customer service. The folks at Roby need to teach the pool company what great customer service is about because they have been keeping me better informed. Great folks at Roby Electric! You guys rock!

Good experience overall!

I have used their services for the past year and a half personally and for many years as a REALTOR suggestingn them to my clients. Last year they helped me discover that my connections under my home were barely attached after my inspector missed it. I had called them to have a spicket installed when we discovered that. I had them out to install an outside outlet when they discoveted my main support beam was 40% rotted from termite damage. After having a contractor fix that they came out and repaired the damage that contractor did to my heating exhaust and lines. They are not the cheapest but they do great work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

2 interior doors were installed. Maz was insightful and helpful. I will be using his services again.
