We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else. We were incredibly impressed with their demeanor, professionalism and responsiveness, and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may come across. 5 stars!

My technician, Marques was prompt, professional, respectful, thorough and courteous. He explained what the problem was with my unit and restored my air. I hope I will be able to schedule him to do the maintenance on my furnace in the fall.

Firstly, the only reason I'm even giving 3 stars is because Tyler was extremely professional and helpful in detecting the problem.The organization though, I'm absolutely disgusted with. When Tyler realized the issue was the Studor Vent, he went to his truck to check the pricing. $283.I spent last night trying to find the gold plated, diamond encrusted, made by magical pixies Studor Vent that Morris Jenkins must be selling, but came up empty.This company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves that they would try to sell a $40, screw in part, for a 700% markup. This experience has me questioning why I'm continuing to do business with Morris Jenkins.

full advantage of the covid 19 by price gouging charging $295 to come look at a clogged kitchen sink. He was very rude and quick to hang up like take it or leave it attitude. NEVER CALL THIS PLACE NOT

Antwahn was great! He came early to my appointment and explained everything the company would do. The pricing was reasonable and he was very professional. I am having a 20kW generator installed in 2 weeks. Highly recommend!
