I researched a number of plumbers to replace my hot water heater. The reviews, Angie's List and more gave me confidence in their skill, competence and integrity. They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

Chris and Julian were great. Never late, prompt estimate and work scheduling. Julian is a master at work. I watched his entire job installing a gas water heater. I would never call another plumber. Could not be more pleased with every aspect of my experience with IRV.

Upon installation they were wonderful. Their follow-up has been dismal and next steps for when I should expect to have changes made to my hot water heater that failed inspection have not been communicated to me....and after 4 phone calls to the company.
