Best Faucet Installed in Charlotte NC

I called Queen City Plumbing on 7/15/21 to schedule an appointment for a leak coming from the upstairs shower. Imani in the office was very professional. She got me an appointment for Monday 7/19/21 with Jeff Heavner. He was very professional and on time. It didn't take him long to diagnose the problem and give me a quote. He was able to fix everything the same day. Just wanted to say I am very pleased with the Queen City Plumbing team and I will definitely be referring them.

Our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty company sent Charlotte Plumbing. I'm over satisfied with how Kevin gave suggestions and handled the problem with the part not being delivered. He stayed on top of that parts company until the got it right. We stayed in communication the whole time. I got the thermo coupling today and he came about 6 tonight in the rain and crawled under our house to repair the gas heater and got us hot water.

Alex called to verify appointment. Showed up on time. He observed the issue under kitchen sink. Worked around a weird sink drain fitting. Had to run to store get a part to complete job. Very nice and polite man. Gave me options on payment and went over everything before starting job. Great customer service skills. Would recommend him on your next plumbing needs especially if you need it done fast.

I have been a customer of Presidential Plumbing for 8 years. In that time I have gotten to know Danny, the owner, as well as a number of his technicians. They are experts at all things plumbing, they are always professional and they are genuinely good people. I highly recommend.
