Best Drainage Service in Charlotte NC

I called Rapid Rooter Tuesday morning and was able to get and appointment Wednesday morning. TJ was my technician and he was prompt and courteous.

Derrick and Clint did a great job on our drainage line! They were very personable and professional! We really appreciated their prompt response to our call and will make a point of requesting them the next time we need help.

On Monday I had my toilet worked on, Tuesday it was leaking. I called the office and they sent a different plumber out ( Cody ). The nicest young man you ever want to meet. He replaced my toilet free of charge. Now that's what you call customer satisfaction !!!!!! I would recommend South End Plumbing any day of the week. We had Plumbing Connection fix a significant amount of plumbing under the house, cutting out old cracked cast iron, and replacing the plumbing all the way up to the flange on one of the toilets. It was a big and messy job, and they knocked it out of the park. Derek, Bryant, and Brian did a great job and were super friendly on top of that. It's hard to find professionals that show up on time and get the work done faster than promised, and that's exactly what they did. They even fixed another section of the plumbing that wasn't done correctly that wasn't part of the project and didn't even charge us. Great people, great company!

I have never been so pleased with a company!!! They gave me the best price on a new water heater & garbage disposal and fixed the plumbing. Then I had the washing machine drain and come up the toilet!!! I called and they were at my door in no time. Fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. I even called them to suggest a good handyman and they gave me a name & phone #. I'm so comfortable knowing I have them at a phone call away.
