Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Had an issue with a bathroom fixture, called them yesterday morning. Talked with Drew (nice to have someone answer the phone). He said they could be out the next day. He asked I text my name address etc. which I did & he confirm he received the text. Later that day received a text stating they would be here Friday between 11:00 & 1:00.

Today they arrived at 11:10 & resolved the issue. Cost very reasonable.
Highly recommend them. They are now the plumber I will be calling for all plumbing needs

We were so pleased with the service Will with Service Pro Plumbing delivered. The boring company that ran the fiber line hit our sewer line which caused a back up into our house. Will was able to quickly diagnose our problem and gave us the information we needed to pass the along to Charlotte Water so that the issue could be resolved. Will offered to continue to help until we got the right party to take responsibility. We are so thankful. We will call Service Pro Plumbing for all of our future needs!
