Diyan Mitev and his assistant were professional, thorough and courteous. They explained the process required for a washing machine faucet replacement very well, and answered all questions. They also tested the incoming water pressure, examined and tested the hot water heater for water or gas leaks. Additionally, Diyan reviewed the main interior plumbing pressure valve, and explained the process for having that replaced. A good experience. This appointment was for an estimate only, but I am confident in what I saw and heard, and will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters to complete the job.

Came out through my warranty company for a leaking shower. Plumber was knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem and determine the water pressure was high. I did have to show the PRV valve was not maintaining a pressure, and he had to go get parts. Once he got the parts, he replaced the PRV valve and shower cartridge. Both were professionally installed, clean, and no mess left behind! My son even noted that the shower facet turns so much easier now!

Excellent customer service! Went out of his way to ensure that we were a priority! Our hot water heater was leaking everywhere in our family room and creating a major issue! Joe took the time to come to our house and ensure that the hot water tank was properly turned off on his way home from work! He surprised us when he proceeded to diagnose and repair the problem on the dot! We highly recommend this company! Very professional, quality workmanship! Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

They came out to meet with me on my very weird and limited schedule of availability, prepared a quote on the spot and were out the next day to replace my system. They were very friendly, professional and as knowledgeable and as communicative as they come - I absolutely trusted their feedback and advice! Since theirs is a business supporting homeowners in areas some of us simply don't understand, the value of that communication and trust is so important. You can't go wrong with this team!

They we're fair, honest and did excellent work. I would use them in the future. They coordinated with a mold company to take care of a large issue in our crawl space. They took the time to explain everything and priced accordingly. Excellent customer service.
