Best A/C System Vent Cleaning in Charlotte NC

We've used Mr rooter consistently for the last 3 years on an older home and we've always been happy with there responsive same day service and the quality of their work and friendliness of their technicians.

I decided to go with IRV to replace my upstairs HVAC system based on price and that they currently do work for my neighbor. Unfortunately the installation process was poorly managed and communicated. We did get the system successfully installed, but not without multiple delays, poor communication on details of the job and no oversight & follow-up of the job by the supervisor. Best price is not always the best option. Hopefully the service side of things will be better.

Carlos did an amazing job installing my ceiling fan and getting it to work. He was professional and on time! He completed the installation within 20 minutes. We had two failed attempts with this installation from Lowes’ so I was very happy Carlos was able to complete it. Thank you so much!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Dan and his guys were wonderful when it came to installing two brand new units in our home. One unit was severely old and the other hadn’t worked since we purchased our home. Not only did Dan come personally to quote the replacements, they had us scheduled and completed within a week. The service guys were prompt, efficient and so polite. Seriously a joy to work with.
