Best Plumbing Repair Service in Charlotte NC

FATman Plumbing came to the rescue today when I realized had no hot water. I appreciate that they made me feel like I was a priority from the time I spoke with Robin on the phone until Josh and crew arrived. Josh wanted me to have hot water back up and running today. And he did it!

I used this company to repair a corner post of siding where it was cracked and broken. Mr. Lawrence Hall was the representative of the company that came out and did an exceptional job for me. Mr. Hall was very professional and his knowledge and skill set was superb. Mr. Hall explained the process very well and did an amazing job! I highly recommend Mr. Lawrence Hall for the job if you need something done at your home!

Great guy, great company. We've had them install several faucets, fixed a leaking hose on the kitchen sink, and replace the float switch on the sump pump.

Useless, won’t pickup the phone, won’t return a text when supposedly open 24/7. I called, you referred me to someone, they couldn't help so I called back for service the following day. No answer to at least 5 calls and 5 texts. No way to run a professional business. Obviously I took my business elsewhere. Absolutely unimpressive

Maz with Perfix did an excellent job on the remodeling of my Master bathroom. Not only is he professional but he pays attention to every detail. Even when I could not make a decision he walked me through the pros and cons of the different options. He kept his word on the timeframe and ensured that the process was seamless. I could not have asked for a better experience not to mention my new bathroom is gorgeous!!!!! If you plan to use him I don’t mind sending you pictures.

One of the first guages i have is how a customer responds to a request for service. One phone call to them. Said they would be there that afternoon or next morning. No show, not even a call. Got a phone call three days later at 8pm. Are you interested in plumbing service? i said yes and told them i called three days ago. someone will call you within a half an hour. No phone call. Called them the next morning to check on status. Someone will call you right back. No call by the end of the day. If someone doesnt have the courtesy to follow up or lie about a follow up phone call, i doubt there actual service is any good. Let alone if you have an issue with their work that they would respond. Poor managment and customer service.

Dean Burns was paid to change the plumbing in my bathroom. I have tried to contact him for a month because my plumbing was messing up again. I found out he did not replace the pipes. He will not contact me about the situation. I was told I have a 5 year warranty. I’m looking to call an attorney. Have anyone else sued him? I just tried to look Dean Burns up on the State Board of Plumbing and can not find him.
