Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. Danny looked competent while estimating but he ended up being a lousy plumber. Danny flooded my house. Danny did not care about the quality of his workmanship. Danny refused to correct anything. I finally had to get someone else to fix his work.

Joe came out through my home warranty to repair a leak I had in my crawl space. He was fast in the repair and was incredibly nice!

The guys that quote the work know their stuff. The folks in the office are incompetent. Read the reviews...I could echo almost all of the frustrations voiced in one star reviews regarding the front office. We're dealing with the same people and having the same problems. I decided to go around the front office and contacted the estimators directly. They took care of everything. Communication and reliability immediately improved. Work was done as advertised and it looks good.

We have been long time customers for around 10 years. They are bathroom renovation experts and added a full bath for us on a slab foundation, not easy work. It has been a decade and the bathroom has performed flawlessly. I called 2 other companies and both quoted an incorrect technique with the wrong size pipe. Donnie told me in 10 minutes what needed to be done and performed the work on schedule and budget.

Since then they have replaced a waterline, added a pressure regulator, and fixed a frozen pipe for us.

Highly recommended especially for renovations.

Jeff and his partner (sorry...cant remember his name) came to my house to diagnose a tub drain and were very nice. They fixed the problem quickly and were honest in telling me that I didnt need to do more extensive work which I was considering. They were able to fix the problem with only a service call charge. FATman Plumbing has been my go to plumbing service since I moved here from NY in 2016. In my first house they came and helped me with putting in my water softener and then servicing it. They replaced two toilets and never had an issue again. I have recommended them to all of my clients and they have all said they were on time, courteous and professional. Great guy, great company. We've had them install several faucets, fixed a leaking hose on the kitchen sink, and replace the float switch on the sump pump.
