Aiden is amazing!

Unfortunately bad experience with the company, did an appointment for a toilet repair, to be precise a faulty Flushmate water tank, the service man took a look at the toilet, didn't even try to fix anything or disassemble, said to wait 10 minutes for my estimates option. First option - to replace the water tank for $700, second to replace the whole toilet (that is 3 years old) for $1400 (why I'm the hell I need a new unit?!). In 3 second I made the decision I don't wanna hear anything else and I'm done with them. It's not proffesional to try and upsell somebody just to earn a huge amount of money (especially in the covid era), this is not the way to treat people and maybe future customers. Paid for the service call and goodbye.p.S. for the record, the part was $125 shipped and delivered in 3 days, 10 minutes on YouTube and another 15 for the whole replacement by myself, a pretty easy job.

Called yesterday and they had a tech come out the next morning. Tony was great and was able to resolve the problem with our gas fireplace quickly. Highly recommend this company

Toliny did the electrical for my new kitchen which included combining rooms to enlarge kitchen and replacing the main electrical panel. They were very professional and thorough with the work and I had no problem leaving them to work while I was out of the house. The work was complicated because of the age of the house and they upgraded older wires and brought everything up to code. Overall great experience and good value.

I can highly recommend Call 1 Home Repair. We called them to investigate a water damage issue that was coming from inside our kitchen wall. Paul came out very quickly and he talked us through what he was seeing. He gave us a very fair and comprehensive estimate. He even said he could get it done that week. Not only did he and his team find and repair the damage, he took the extra step to prevent it from happening again. He texted me pictures of what he was doing with updates on their progress. Douglas was professional and helped me greatly by installing a curtain rod on my balcony so I can hang up curtains. Now I can enjoy my balcony with such a beautiful aesthetic. (I wish we can insert pictures) lol
