Danny looked competent while estimating but he ended up being a lousy plumber. Danny flooded my house. Danny did not care about the quality of his workmanship. Danny refused to correct anything. I finally had to get someone else to fix his work.

We have been long time customers for around 10 years. They are bathroom renovation experts and added a full bath for us on a slab foundation, not easy work. It has been a decade and the bathroom has performed flawlessly. I called 2 other companies and both quoted an incorrect technique with the wrong size pipe. Donnie told me in 10 minutes what needed to be done and performed the work on schedule and budget.

Since then they have replaced a waterline, added a pressure regulator, and fixed a frozen pipe for us.

Highly recommended especially for renovations.

Jeff and his partner (sorry...cant remember his name) came to my house to diagnose a tub drain and were very nice. They fixed the problem quickly and were honest in telling me that I didnt need to do more extensive work which I was considering. They were able to fix the problem with only a service call charge. This business is very unprofessional. They failed to keep my appointment and failed to call me. I was left waiting all day for my technician. They obviously don't need my business, which is a shame. Not only did they lose my business for the original project, I am constantly in need of project services. My husband and I are physically unable to complete projects ourselves. I never even got a call from the company with an apology. I have never dealt with any company that was more unprofessional.

They just left my house 30 minutes ago and I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. I called several plumbing sources for quotes. Many declined to even quote based on the fact that my water heater is in the attic. Roger Rooter gave me a quote over the phone from my requirements, and honored that price when they arrived. They came out within 90 minutes of my call to begin work, and were done quickly. From the time I first called them, to the time they cleaned everything up was less than 5 hours. Now THAT'S fast service. Their work was efficient and professional, and they cleaned up afterward. I can't speak for the performance of the water heater, yet, obviously, but I don't expect any problems to arise and fully expect I will be recommending them without hesitation.
Follow-up: It's been over 6 months and the water heater is working GREAT!
