Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. The guys from Presidential plumbing did two jobs for me so far. Both times done quite well. The person I was dealing with the last time - Edi is very professional and pleasant guy. So is their phone person - Erica. Great phone manners and respect for the customer. She remembered me from the first job before I even told her all my specifics. Update after the water heater installation: Excellent job! Ours was a difficult attic install due to the original unit not fitting back down without taking the attic stairs off. Josh and crew arrived exactly on time and the job was done beautifully within 3 hours. The owner, Chris, also came by to introduce himself and ensure all was well. I’m so happy to once again have fantastic water pressure and hot water without delay!
