Best Faucet Repair in Charlotte NC

Edit Our insurance company sent them out when our heat pump started acting up. They called us right back and set up a convenient time to come, called 30 minutes before they got here, ordered parts and came back the next day, also calling before they got here. I had to edit this posting because as great as they were calling etc. After the heater repair?? My ac stopped working. The first time I cut it on. It was 2 weeks later, supposedly fixed it and after 3 attempts. I called my warranty back and had someone else come out and fix it.

Sneed's replaced the entire plumbing system for us as well as finished installation of the mechanical system when another contractor could not finish the job. They were very professional, prompt and an excellent value. I highly recommend them.

Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him! FATman Plumbing has been my go to plumbing service since I moved here from NY in 2016. In my first house they came and helped me with putting in my water softener and then servicing it. They replaced two toilets and never had an issue again. I have recommended them to all of my clients and they have all said they were on time, courteous and professional. When I moved to my new home they came and out a whole water filter system, which has been the best investment ever.

I couldn’t have been more happy with our experience…we had a blocked pipe and caused water to flow back into the home the night before Thanksgiving…they came out first thing Thanksgiving day and addressed the issue. Price was more than fair considering the timing. Very professional, personable, and discussed the next steps we will need to take to permanently resolve the issue.
