Cam was very helpful with our seasonal maintenance. He also pointed out an issue that the builder of the house should have addressed and gave us options for him to fix it. great customer service!

Totally pleased with the work Ibis and Sary from Roby completed yesterday installing recessed lighting in our 2 story family room. Totally changes the room.  And they were so professional, courteous and precise in their work.  They seemed to be genuinely interested in having everything 100% right.

You would never know that they were cutting through drywall and crawling around in blown insulation.  The house is now probably cleaner than when they began.

Count me as a totally satisfied customer who will recommend Roby and will ask for this team the next time I have electrical work to be done.

They showed up when they said they would and did the job fast and accurately to move a waste line so we could extend our laundry room. Very pleased. Reasonable pricing. Their trucks are the coolest too! Like something out of a comic book.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.

Awesome job by the folks here. I was in a pickle and needed a quick turn around of a plumbing issue so I could continue with my kitchen remodel the next morning. I was assured I would be able to be taken care of within my quick timeframe and at the end of the day that I called and told they could take care of my issue day of.

Might not be the cheapest, but they saved me money because other companies were unable to diagnose the problem and had recommended far more extensive repairs. All employees were extremely professional and polite. Will use 10 times out of 10.

Helped me in a time of need. The water in my toilet would not stop running, I was afraid of the huge water bill that I will get... so i called these guys. They came same day, worked on it for about an hour, and fixed the issue. The price was right too. Call them if you are ever in a plumbing emergency.
