We had James Maples come out to inspect the electrical in our newly purchased home as well as address one electrical concern we already knew about. He was very professional, kind, and transparent! Would recommend this business and will be saving their information for the future!

Needed a plumber to reroute some drains preparing to redo 2 bathrooms. David did a superb job on the drains and all rough in and finish work on both bathrooms. I gave known David for a number of years and would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

MD Plumbing has been doing work for me for the past 7 years and their quality has never been in question. Chad (the owner) trained with The Navy Seals learning underwater plumbing!! So if he can fix pipes under water just imagine what this guy brings to the pipe above water. Thank you for always exceeding my expectations! Employees are bigots..calling people names in traffic..Truck #8 is very offensive..i called company and was told I'd get a call back and never did.I did get a call back and was satisfied that the situation was addressed

I was very impressed with American Lead Detection. I went to their website and entered the requested information and had a call first thing the next morning. David and Jon assessed the situation, found the leak, quickly repaired it, checked to ensure there were no other leaks, and filled the hole quickly and completely. I was talking with Jon while he did the repair and saw how they fixed it - used brass couplings to put the pipes together with proper clamps to ensure they will not move as the ground settles over time. I would highly recommend American Leak Detection of Charlotte.

As a business owner myself, I am keenly aware of the challenges with scheduling, staffing etc. I also realize the value of communication. PC Godfrey provided zero communication and left me hanging for a service call for 2 days in a row. I had to call both days to request a general timeframe and continued to get call centers or dispatch that would tell me that they would “look into it and give me a call back” yet hours would go by and no call back. At the very least… if your technician is running behind or had to change direction, you could give me some indication of the change.
We have a gas leak at our company office preventing our company from performing tasks required for our daily operation and now 3 days later we must start this process over. I am extremely disappointed and this is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to submit. Again this is coming from someone who is quite understanding when it comes to business operations. I have moved on to look for another company and suggest you do the same.
