Best Repair/Replacement in Charlotte NC

I have used their services for the past year and a half personally and for many years as a REALTOR suggestingn them to my clients. Last year they helped me discover that my connections under my home were barely attached after my inspector missed it. I had called them to have a spicket installed when we discovered that. I had them out to install an outside outlet when they discoveted my main support beam was 40% rotted from termite damage. After having a contractor fix that they came out and repaired the damage that contractor did to my heating exhaust and lines. They are not the cheapest but they do great work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Had an older, leaky toilet I needed replaced. Bought a new one and called Riverview to install it as I wanted a professional's opinion during the switch. They were prompt, very curteous, and willing to answer all of my questions while they worked to switch the toilets out. After they replaced it, we haven't had any problems since. Will definitely use them for any plumbing projects moving forward.

Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him! I had a leak (under my sink) from my dishwasher. I had an appliance repair service out to fix it and the tech was really concerned about having to order a new hose, how difficult it would be, grumble grumble, yada yada. He tried to repair a torn hose with a clamp and some silicone but it just leaked all over. That was a waste of $160 and two service calls. I thought a plumber might be the answer and sure enough a FATman tech fixed the job and did not need to remove the dishwasher or order new hoses. He actually ended up fixing some other piping issues under the kitchen sink and never grumbled about what a pain it all was. This was $160 well spent. Great service and attitude and a job well done.

We called John at Payless Plumbers Matthews for an emergency repair & had a good experience. I broke a garden hose faucet clean off the side of our house, leaving a broken pipe in the wall, late in the evening. John answered my call close to 8 PM, established that we'd turned off the main water, and offered to come first thing in the morning. He and his coworker were timely, polite, and quickly repaired the problem. They mounted a new faucet far more securely than the old one. I was extra pleased with how tidy their repair looked. John made sure the faucet was perfectly straight, the sealant was super tidy and almost invisible, and the siding was repaired as neatly as possible, even though it was just a garden spigot behind a bush. I found it quite professional. And the price was fine. I would hire again.
