Had an older, leaky toilet I needed replaced. Bought a new one and called Riverview to install it as I wanted a professional's opinion during the switch. They were prompt, very curteous, and willing to answer all of my questions while they worked to switch the toilets out. After they replaced it, we haven't had any problems since. Will definitely use them for any plumbing projects moving forward.

FATman Plumbing did an excellent job repairing our hot water heater. Joshua was really kind and knowledgeable about our system. He took the time to explain to my husband and I the exact parts that needed to be replaced. He went out of his way to help us even when there was an unexpected pipe issue that was found. Useless, won’t pickup the phone, won’t return a text when supposedly open 24/7. I called, you referred me to someone, they couldn't help so I called back for service the following day. No answer to at least 5 calls and 5 texts. No way to run a professional business. Obviously I took my business elsewhere. Absolutely unimpressive
