I had an HVAC contractor check out my heating units and was told I need $2,500 worth of repairs. Ouch! I called Kirk with Accent Comfort Systems for a second opinion. Kirk came out the next day and evaluated the units in question. He spotted some potential issues that were just starting - nothing that needs to be addressed now. Kirk was honest and thorough. Sneed's replaced the entire plumbing system for us as well as finished installation of the mechanical system when another contractor could not finish the job. They were very professional, prompt and an excellent value. I highly recommend them.

Hired this firm for a stopped up kitchen sink with a houseful of people in town for a funeral. They showed up literally in 10 minutes and completed the repair before we had to leave for the service. What they then did later that evening was refund the entire service fee due to the personal circumstances of our loss. What an amazing gesture it was and my entire family was incredibly grateful for this sincere Pay It Forward moment. Please do not hesitate to hire this firm as it is run by wonderful people. I couldn’t have a called a better company to come and fix my toilet. When you have kids you have to be careful make sure they don’t stick there toys down the toilet, the guy Thomas B came out and he was very professional, and so kind hearted to my kids (since they did cause this). If I ever have problems again Thomas B will be getting a special request. The quick work he did on that toilet made me a believer that there still are true reliable companies in the world.
