Best Water Heater Installation in Charlotte NC

I had some water hammering going on in the master bath. After scanning the internet for plumbers in the area, I found Burl's plumbing. These guys are really awesome, they were neat, efficient and did not try to up sale me. I have nothing but glowing reviews for these guys and Burl himself came out to make sure we were fully satisfied. These guys have my business!!

Came out to give us a price. Their quote was at least 3 times higher than other quotes we got from reputable contractors. The length of piping was 2.5 times longer than needed. The quote called for quite a bit of unnecessary work without any camera probing to verify. The quote itself was given with no inspection at all. Literally stood in the front yard and pulled a very high number out of…the sky. Run away.

I continue to be impressed with this company. I had a plumbing issue on the afternoon of July 4th they came out and fixed that day, along with another immediate repair today at a rental property. 3 other companies couldn’t fit me in for over a week, and quoted significantly higher to replace the line. Also, about a year ago I had my entire heating and AC replaced on my main house, including all new ductwork that is still working perfectly and they even reach out to me for the free annual summer and winter services that was included. Well ran company. Will always get my business.

We had a great experience today with Joe from Breault. He was considerate, prompt, new his stuff supremely, very courteous and best of all completed the work we requested as a professional would.

Chris Rose replied right away to an emergency situation and arrived promptly. He fixed our issue and price was less than expected. Super-nice guy as well! Highly recommend!

Toliny did the electrical for my new kitchen which included combining rooms to enlarge kitchen and replacing the main electrical panel. They were very professional and thorough with the work and I had no problem leaving them to work while I was out of the house. The work was complicated because of the age of the house and they upgraded older wires and brought everything up to code. Overall great experience and good value.

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

Over the Fourth of July holiday, my in-laws' basement flooded due to a broken pipe. We called Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning to see if they could fix it for us because we had to get it fixed. We anticipated some delay given that it was the final day of a three-day holiday weekend. Tony, the emergency plumber, called us back in less than 10 minutes to set up a time to come take a look. Tony showed up sooner than expected, evaluated the situation, and provided recommendations. Due to the urgency of the issue, we opted for the quickest and cheapest option. We were relieved that we contacted Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning since, within two hours, Tony had addressed the issue and given us advice on how to prevent similar ones in the future. To anyone in need of a plumber, we heartily endorse Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning. Once again, we appreciate Tony's prompt and expert reaction to and resolution of our issue.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

As a Property Manager, I appreciate good, honest Contractors that are also reasonably priced. Dave Byrd and his Assistant were prompt, professional, kept the work area clean, removed the old hot water heater and cardboard box from the new one and even vacuumed before leaving. I am impressed with their work and can easily recommend them.

Scott and Stefan were awesome. We had a tankless water heater and filtration system installed. Clean install and all working well. We found a handful of unrelated issues that they fixed for us at no additional charge. Stefan even helped me get our new gas range into the house. Really professional and great people to work with.

Great plumbing company. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism. They troubleshoot and solve problems others couldn't find. I am happy with the recommended change of electric water heater to my new more efficient gas one. Would recommend them for any plumbing issues!

Company is a radically over priced., we called them out for a repair, they came and fixed it,$300 then called them back as the issue resumed. He charged another $300 to repair the repair all of 5 min in the building, had to call them back as the problem still exist, now they want $950 to install a new sink..., however not no more. The 1 star is for Customer service which is good then they screw you on the over pricing.
