The three bathrooms (2 and 1/2 baths) have numerous minor plumbing concerns. Joe was great at keeping track of problems and promptly fixing them. Mindful and meticulous best described him. We use Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning and have used them in the past with great results.

They came out the next day because I told them the issue wasn't urgent and could wait a day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and how it could.be fixed. Not being pushy or salesy, they gave me a me a very reasonable price and fixed the issue right then. I had them look at my other toilets and they replaced a toilet needed to be replaced all in the same trip. They worked with me on my budget and gave me his personal phone number to call when I got the parts in to descale my tankless water heater. We had a flood in the ground floor half bath. Called and said we needed a plumber asap. Jacob arrived very quickly and began working. The toilet was old but not the source of the flood. Jacob found another problem so the toilet was replaced. He did a check of the drain line and saw a blockage that he partially opened. Jacob contacted a specialist to come with his TV camera to look into the drain. Eventually it was found to be roots from a large bush outside clogging the drain through a cracked joint. Together Jacob and Matt worked well to solve the problem. Thanks to both. (Also to the support staff that brought the new toilet for Jacob.)

A plumber who I can text and responds in a timely manner! Almonte Plumbing installed a whole house water filter and ensured that we knew exactly how to change the filter and UV bulb. He also did quality work for the backflow of our irrigation system. Whenever I have a question about a loose faucet or water pressure he takes the time to explain. Can't say enough good things. A nice guy who does quality work!
