Best Sewer Cleaning in Charlotte NC

Excellent work today by the Breault team of Ray and Brian at my south Charlotte home. When my 20+ yr-old master bath commode would not stop trickling, they quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was needed, installed the necessary new internal parts, and cleaned up without a hitch. All at a realistic price. Many thanks to Tim Breault Plumbing for a job well done. I plan to use them again when/if the need arises.

This plumbing company is by far the best I have ever dealt with, STEFAN called me when he was on his way and was very promp. I had a water main leak. He had to dig up my lawn , which he did very carefully and dug down about four feet to repair the broken main. After he completed the repair he carefully placed the sod back to the point you could barely tell he was there. This is the only company I will ever use. Could not be happier!

Jacob and Devin were very professional and informative. Not only did they fix the plumbing issues, but I also got an education about what was causing the issues. I appreciate the extra time they took to identify the issues. They did a good job, and when the job was taking longer than expected ( by no fault of their own) they gave me a discount. Rich and his team also came out and Rich was patient, asked a lot of questions, and provided me several different options to address my main line plumbing issue. Everyone in the team was professional, informative, and the price was a fair price. I ended up signing up for their preferred program. I would definitely recommend Morris-Jenkins to my friends.

A plumber who I can text and responds in a timely manner! Almonte Plumbing installed a whole house water filter and ensured that we knew exactly how to change the filter and UV bulb. He also did quality work for the backflow of our irrigation system. Whenever I have a question about a loose faucet or water pressure he takes the time to explain. Can't say enough good things. A nice guy who does quality work!

Absolutely unreliable, a job that should take 2 weeks at the most, is turning into 5 weeks and counting! You are dealing with multiple people that play the hot potato game and the only answer they have (if they ever pick up the phone or answer a text) is tomorrow, and tomorrow is tomorrow again, I have to call every day to find out if somebody was going to show up, what a joke!
One star because they came to do the estimate and that was quick, after I paid them 75% they were absent.
I do not recommend this company at all!

Outstanding service! Prompt and extremely Professional!

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.
