Scott is very knowledgeable and awesome to work with. Very honest dude. I plumbed my own master bath addition and he performed the required pressure test on it (many others wouldn’t perform this service since I didn’t pay them to do the rough-in work). He not only showed me how to do it; he also pointed out a connection that would have failed my inspection which I was able to fix before calling for one. Everything passed. Simply put, you can trust this guy. More than fair rates as well. Don’t waster your time with anyone else.

Poor Communication and Technician was not knowledgeable and not customer friendly.

I have had several occasions to really need a plumber. Jim was there exactly when he said he would be there. My problem was resolved quickly and perfectly. I trust them to do what needs to be done without any reservation. They know what to do the first time!! I will never call another plumber other than Plumbing Connection. I wish every repair company operated with their integrity.

My pipes were making a banging sound and one of their plumbers, Eldon, was able to come out same day and diagnose it and fix it.

It turns out that all I needed was a pressure reducing valve to reduce the city water pressure down to something my house could handle.

Eldon didn't try to BS me about what I needed, he was in and out in an hour, and was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be!
