Great customer service! They were professional, friendly, fixed the problem in a timely manner and were on time when they arrived. Very reasonable prices. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Accent Comfort Services was quick to respond to a service claim (w/ my home warranty). When they came out, they fixed the problem they could see. The AC is currently running more often and consistently--it wasn't before they came out. It is an older unit. We may need to reach out again in the future. I would use them again.

Chip from Plumbing Connections called me before coming out to make a service call, and spent about an hour at the house doing a thorough inspection. He identified the problem and gave me a VERY affordable quote both for a spot fix, and if I wanted to replace the length of the main line. He made valuable suggestions and was very thorough in answering my questions. The following day, Chip and Mike returned in a punctual manner, and both gentlemen set to work, diligently resolving the issue in under 4 hours. We had roots growing in our sewer Cleanout, which caused a backup in our house. Another company had quoted us over $4000 for the repair. We asked Service Pro to come out and give us a quote on the repair. Service Pro found the problem, determined it was a minor inexpensive repair, and fixed it on the spot. I couldn’t have a called a better company to come and fix my toilet. When you have kids you have to be careful make sure they don’t stick there toys down the toilet, the guy Thomas B came out and he was very professional, and so kind hearted to my kids (since they did cause this). If I ever have problems again Thomas B will be getting a special request. The quick work he did on that toilet made me a believer that there still are true reliable companies in the world.
