They replaced one of my heating/ac units and did an excellent job! From the initial diagnosis of what was going on with my existing unit to complete replacement. Technicians: Pierce Dolan and Wesley Byers were very efficient and worked all day and my unit was in and working great in less than 8 hours!

I've used Breault Plumbing several times and have always been satisfied. This morning I had an emergency situation involving a leak and they came out quickly and fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I'll definitely keep using them for my plumbing needs.

Chris Rose replied right away to an emergency situation and arrived promptly. He fixed our issue and price was less than expected. Super-nice guy as well! Highly recommend!

We called to report that we had no water. they were here within the day determined that the well which was under the house would be too costly to repair, and time consuming Within 2 days, they had the gas lines marked and we had water..
I was impressed not only by the professionalism and courtesy of the team, but also by their ability to work around 2 very helpful 2 year old Australian shepherds

As an addendum This morning I called at 8 to report that our hot water heater was not working.. Within 15 minutes, Harry was here. He confirmed that the problem was the breaker. Again, I am impressed with the consistent professionalism of the company from the moment I speak with the office to the departure of the plumbing team. I highly recommend the company.

Toliny did the electrical for my new kitchen which included combining rooms to enlarge kitchen and replacing the main electrical panel. They were very professional and thorough with the work and I had no problem leaving them to work while I was out of the house. The work was complicated because of the age of the house and they upgraded older wires and brought everything up to code. Overall great experience and good value.

Derek and his team are top notch. E and E is the only plumber I would let work in my house. Great team, attitude, and business. Keep up the great work. You won’t regret hiring them. They have done a full install on our new house and are always available for questions and supporting their customers.

We want to thank Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning g and their helpful service technicianTony for fixing our faulty gas valve so quickly. The person who answered our call who identified themselves as Tony, was right on time. Tony treated our home with respect, kept us updated on what he was doing and why, worked diligently, and cleaned up after himself. It was necessary to cut into the wall to access the valve. They consistently deliver. They stand behind their work, and unlike with a fly-by-night company, you won't have to chase them down for follow-ups forever. They always makes an effort to get the job done properly the first time.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

I called because our faucet was literally running in the turned off position. They sent Shawn out the very next day and he was able to repair right away. Shawn was able to make a minor repair and gave me an estimate for replacing the hardware should the running faucet start up again. I had another company come out and quoted me over $200 more should the hardware need to be replaced. We are very happy with Carolina Plumbing Pros.

Top notch service! Started our morning with a crack in heating system potentially exposing family to carbon monoxide. Tech was here asap bright and early went out of his way to find the crack and sent an emergency team out for total replacement . Having a 1 year old we were in extreme panic . By 8pm service was complete . New heating system , new duct full install new thermostats and full demo on how to use the new products. Jarrette F , Ron, Allen, Cody were all truly lifesavers . Extremely professional , kind , efficient, and cared for us as if we were their family. Same day completion with outstanding service . We will recommend morris Jenkins 100x over!

I called several plumbing services to replace my broken garbage disposal, they were more expensive and were going to set an installation date 2-3 week in the future. I called JT's and Walter Lee was in my home the same day within just a few hours. Did the swap out in about 30 minutes and charged me a flat rate, which was great. He is in my phone list now and is going to be my go to plumber.
